RECENT ART!!!!

        Hello peeps!! this is the photo of my recent piece of art!!!! it is a picture of Anubis surrounded by hieroglyphics.  the thing I like about it is that all the colours together look really good. also the stool that Anubis is sitting on has the colours of Brazilian flag :D



EGYPT!!!!!!

For the past few weeks we have been learning about Egypt, and for a follow up we are building Egyptian villages, tombs, farms, and pyramids in Minecraft. (tell me in comments if I forgot anything!!!) also I have been studying about farming in Egypt, so I have learned many things about it ever since I have been studying it. But here is an interesting fact: When ancient Egyptians were farming, they used downgraded tools compared to the tools of today farming, but still very similar! Some of the tools they used were: Hand ploughs, oxen pulled ploughs, sickles, rakes, and hoes! The activity I leaned the most from was probably the A3 page we had to write/type about our topic. (mine was farming). The activity I enjoyed the most is by far the Minecraft project. I loved it of course because its Minecraft but its LEARNING in Minecraft. Video Games for homework is awesome :D

 

NARNVILLE!!!!!!

On Thursday we go to Nairnville park for gymnastics! its pretty fun, and at the begging and end we get to play games such as: Bull Rush (or whatever YOU call it) Red-Light-Green-Light, and much more :D     
The setup of the activities was different every time, so some times there was a trampoline and sometimes there was a slide.
Some of my FAVE part are: the game at beginning and end, the trampoline (you can bounce REALLY high) and the slide that leads into the ball pit. Also I enjoyed the lasers that we had to crawl under... yea... lasers...
I believe that I have improved in the general area of balancing.

Wat I Lerned hmmm... spelling

I learned a lot of things this week, but today (Monday) I learned that we are finally building something in Minecraft! Apparently we are building either pyramids or tombs. I probably forgot something. YAY! Minecraft! I hope we get to do it with other friends as well. :D in comments say what you are going to build!!!!!
